Our agency work covers all types of real estate (Residentail, Commercial, Industrial, Tourism, Agriculture, Mixed use and Civic and Community) and agency fees are in line with Real Estate Institute of Botswana tariff wich range from 4% to 7.5% of the realized value for sales/purchases and one month equal net of the annual rent in the event of lettings.
