Apex Properties offers varied advisory services in the real estate industry.

These include:

i) Valuation of all forms of real estate including:

a. Residential properties;
 

b. Commercial properties (Retail, offices, etc);

c. Industrial properties (Factories and warehouses, fuel stations and processing plants, etc);
 

d. Agricultural properties (Farms and requisite implements, tractors, combine harvesters, etc);
 

e. Plant and Machinery (Processing plants, motor vehicles, etc); and other specialized properties.

ii) Estate Agency in all forms of real estate:

a. Finding properties for our clients to either rent or buy;

b. Finding tenants or buyers for properties given to us by clients;
 

c. Lease advisory services.

iii) Property Management:

a. Managing agency whereby clients cede management of their properties to us. Our fee is paid in form of a fixed monthly fee plus a commission based on rents actually collected per month;

b. Maintenance management whereby clients ask us to manage the property maintenance function only; and

c. Advisory services on investment management strategy..

iv) Property Investment and Development Advisory Services: We carry out advice to industry players whenever engaged for the purpose.

v) Property Development and Investment Innovation: We take interest in innovating investment products that would advance APEX PROPERTIES and the industry at large into the direct or indirect property development and investment arena.
