Ideally located in the heart of the city, next to the CBD this is currently the prime area of Gaborone. It is mainly made up of BHC houses targeting students and the young professionals. Services available in this area are a clinic, three primary schools, two junior schools, a lodge, bars the Broadcasting. Phase 2 is a walking distance from the Bus Rank, the station making transport facilities easier. This neighborhood is also one of the quiet and safe suburban areas of Gaborone. It houses a number of day care centers, two secondary schools, bars, lodges, guest houses, shops and ideally next to one of Gaborone’s destination mall, Game City. It would be a great area to invest in as it has good access points and most services. It is a stone throw from the neighboring Block 9 that has more schools and the Julia Molefhe clinic.
