This is the recent most sought out suburb of Gaborone designed to cater for middle to high income earners.

Situated along the Airport road, next to DTC, a diamond company which has many employees whom some are expatriates here on long term contacts. Block 10 is not far from the A1 road which drives out of Gaborone up north; has the new Airport Junction Mall that has shops, restaurants and banks making this area convenient because of its proximity to these amenities.
