The facility comes with conveniently shared boardrooms, copy services, parking lots, meeting rooms, a coffee shop and a gym, all under one roof.
Umesh Loona, sales and marketing manager of Apex Properties, has revealed that the office will be up and running in August. Local entrepreneurs have reportedly purchased over 22 of the 81 units up for sale. Loona added that the concept is home-grown. The promoters of the project have said that they have a smart payment system in place for buyers.
"The entry level being P587 000 to P1.1 million, these offices are affordable. A big player can step in and buy as many units as they wish and rent them out since they come with A-grade furniture. This is a one-stop solution for workers," Loona said. However, Brett Marlin, commercial development manager at Time Projects contradicted Loona, saying that he would not allow a single entity to buy multiple units.
"Our vision in the beginning was to help the small upcoming entrepreneur. If we sell to cartels who will in turn rent them out at higher prices, then we would have brought no solution," he said. Buyers have the option of choosing between a range of three office desk types and 40 furniture layouts
